Fatigued! ALL The time!
Help!!!!!!!! does any one have advice on when a person always feels fatigued? I have been like this most of my life but it's really bad these past few days. The heat makes it worst and I have been working 12 hour days standing most of the time. But trust me I eat! So I know it's not that.
