Anxiety
Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone has any tips to handling their anxiety. I've always had it but lately it's been really bad where I feel like crying all the time, I feel sick all the time (sometimes leads to throwing up), I don't have any motivation. And even being with my parents I get bad anxiety. I know it'll never fully go away but I'm at the point where I can't take it anymore, it's starting to control my like and relationship with my friends and I need to get back on track ASAP before school starts.
