Possibly Breast Cancer??

I'm 16, and I'm really paranoid, and I've had this bump under my left breast for a couple of years now, but it seems to come and go.  On my right breast, I have this little hole shaped cut, like something pierced my skin.   I haven't told anyone yet but my mom tells me to that I should have a diet high in fiber.  I check my breasts for lumps almost everyday, but I'm not sure what those lumps are suppose to feel like or if i have them already.   Should I tell my mom and have her take me to the doctor, or should I just ignore it because I'm "too young" to have breast cancer?  Advice??
