Did you expect getting pregnant was quick and easy?

Did you expect getting pregnant to be easy? Did you think that you just would stop using protection and you would almost immediately become pregnant? I guess my whole life my parents had me terrified of becoming pregnant unexpectedly... I was on the pill, we used condoms, we even pulled out! We were paranoid! Lol Protection, protection, protection! So once I became married and decided I was ready for a baby, I was pretty naive. I thought that it was as easy as ditching the condoms, the pills, have sex, and there you go! Anyone else out there think the same silly thing? I am just laughing at myself. Just starting out ttc, August will be month 4. 27yo, married since 2014
