Tight belly?

So I have 3 dogs, who are all pretty active and run and play together.. Which is fine, but occasionally I'll need to yell their names to get their attention when it's time to stop. I've noticed lately that when I have to yell, my belly tightens up and is sore for maybe 5 seconds or so after I've finished listing off their names. Google tells me nothing, and the dr is closed (plus I go next week and feel fine afterwards so I don't think it's a huge issue). Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Not necessarily with the dogs of course lol
