I just wants to share this. I saw it on Pinterest and it's been a lifesaver. I started using the tape around week 26. Taping the belly lifts the baby of your bladder and decreases the urge to pee. Taping the back is like magic. Once I take it off my back hurts within an hour. The tape is waterproof and you can wear it up to 4-5 days. I found it for the best price on Amazon for about $11/roll. I got 3 rolls which should take me to finish line since I'm on week 28.  I've attached the pictures. I highly recommend it!
