Allergy medicine
I have HORRIBLE allergies. I have read that Benadryl at Claritin are ok. Benadryl is 4 pills a day and Claritin has never worked for me. I am a Zyrtec person. I heard you can and can't take Zyrtec. When I went to my OB she said Zyrtec is ok. Then I look online and it says it's not.
Does anyone else have horrible allergies and having success tackling them? I wake up about 3am miserable and can't breathe. 😢 help!!
I really don't want to take anything but on the days I have to give in I need some good options. Thanks!!!
