Boyfriend issue...?

Soooooo my boyfriend and I, he's 18 and I'm 15 we barely get to see each other cause of work, I work at this dry cleaners only 3 days of the week Wednesday-Friday for only 4 hours 4-8pm. Him on the other hand he works everyday of the week except Tuesday's and Friday's he starts at 7 wakes up at 5 to catch the bus by 6:15 and comes out at 4. Everyday after he gets off work he gets home showers eats and goes straight to playing games and won't finish till about 9:30  and THEN that's when he decides to call me and we barely get to see each other which we totally hate and then we barely get to talk at night because once we've started talking it's ALWAYS me who has to bring up the topics and stuff cause he's always tired and falling asleep on me all the time and I wake him up so he won't fall asleep on me and so we can try to talk more but that just never works out .. and just a couple minutes ago he told me that he never gets "time for himself" and I understand a guy needs his space and to chill and talk to his friends and stuff but he does it every night and whenever he is playing with his friends he's always so talkative and never tired or anything but as soon as it comes to me he always has to get tired and just not talk to me at all and just keep falling asleep on me and he basically blames it on me everynight as to why he's tired cause I "keep him up till 12-1 am" and it's not my fault that I just want to talk and stuff I just miss how we used to always talk and how easily we could talk about anything but it's not the same and yeah I'm basically always texting him or something or calling but it's because I really don't have anything else to do I'm always so boredddd k don't have any friends that really talk to me, if I try it's always the same old boring conversations and idk I just hate it cause it makes me feel like I'm making and dedicating my whole life to him and I hate it!!! I don't wanna be one of those girls I wanna be able to go a couple hours without texting him and letting him have his space and stuff but I just can't do it because I just never have anything to do or anyone to talk to!!😩I just really don't know what to do can someone just like please give me advice or help or something please..?😭
