Should I be concerned?

So I was suppose to get my period 31 days ago and still have not had it IV been getting these awful headaches, like I can't go a day with out waking up and taking 3 Advil. I haven't had sex so I can't be preg. I just am curious if I should be concerned.

Probably stressed or dehydrated. If you've recently started a new diet or workout routine this could also be the cause. Before I started the pill when my sport season came around my period would only come once every other month or so. Work or school stress and eating habits can do the same! Eat healthy, drink water, and take good care of your self to make sure you are relaxed!
