I like many of you have PCOS, I want to know if there is a way to tell for sure if you're actually ovulating? Other then tests obviously because our LH is already too high and we'll just get false positives... and bbt doesn't work for most of us. So how do we know???

Answer brand opks require a high amount of LH to turn positive.. You may try those.. Also you can check your cervical mucus.. If you can reach your cervix learning what it does during your fertile time will help as well..
