What does it mean?!

I'm at my local ER because I've been cramping all day, major cramping. Better safe than sorry. I'm a little over 7 weeks. Doc just did a pelvic and now I'm confused/worried/curious. She felt my uterus and asked if I'm sure I'm seven weeks and said my uterus feels bigger than 7 weeks and ordered and ultra sound. Now I'm anxiously awaiting this ultrasound. Anyone else have this happen? What were your results?
