NEED SOME HELP!

Hey guys! I have a little problem. My period is 13 days late. I'm a virgin so I know I'm not pregnant but I don't know what to do. I've need getting a little dried blood like discharge but never a full period. Any opinions on what's going on? I've been having regular periods for a long time now. I don't know why I haven't gotten it yet...
