Advice?
I've been constantly feeling like I'm not doing good enough, eating good enough or anything of that sort for the baby. I'm almost 15 weeks, and I just have so much anxiety. Feeling like I could eat better or do this, or do that and I ALWAYS wonder if the baby's gonna be healthy and I pray and pray he or she will be. My boyfriend says I do great and I'm hard on myself... But I just feel like I'm not
I don't excercise like I should, probley don't drink enough water.... & I feel like I try and try and try but never do good enough...
Basically any advice that you ladies could give me and am I the only one that feels this way???
