Help whats wrong with me???

These past few days or weeks.... I dont know.... I have been feeling a bit off && different! Heartburn is freaking driving me crazy, i can't sleep, right now im having aome really bad lower back pain and I feel very uncomfortable. My period this month was also very weird.... I spotted one day the next morning i bled then that same night it was gone. Has anyone ever had this happen to them before? Also my sex drive is very low, honestly i cant atand having my fiancé's touch and feeling him in me i get very nauseous and Im juat not into it lately like before. What is going on with me😭😭😭😭
