Did the tech just give the gender away?!

My husband and i are choosing to wait until the birth to find out the gender of our baby. At the 20 week sono the tech had us close our eyes when she went looking for the gender. After she knew, she was trying to get a clear picture of baby's hands but baby only was showing the right hand. The tech then said, "We already saw that PRETTY right hand, Show us your left!". Is this a give away that it's a girl or is it possible she just calls all baby's hands pretty, boy or girl. I'll take honesty! It's exciting not to know but now after that comment I keep wondering if it's a girl. Lol. We seriously will be happy with either gender but just wondering. 😊💕💙

Looking too far into it momma. Our US tech called our baby a pretty little boy, or handsome little man. She probably didn't mean anything :)

All babies are pretty to me. lol. I call them all pretty even the boys. Plus they get excited when see properly formed body parts. 😊 I wouldn't worry about it.

The technician was probably just saying pretty cause it's cute, not from gender.  I've had a friend try and keep it a secret and the tech accidentally said 'he looks great' and then her second was spoiled by the tech too. Only her third was a surprise as planned. Oops.
