Well everyone seems to be pregnant, all the youtube mommy's. Everyone in my surroundings. Just everyone.. and for me another month with the longest wait on af again. Af just started today and I hate my body for it, always inreggular always waiting never knowing when I ovulate ... I'm depressed and devastated it's getting worse every day. What to do what to do.

Take coq10 and use pre seed. Worked for me after ttc for 10 years. Every fertility treatment failed! I also have low ovarian reserve pcos endo hashimotos and am in peri menopause. I had my two amazing boys at 41 and 44 via natural Conception and they are perfect! Good luck X

Start with opk. It will tell you when you ovulate each month. Then you can track your time between ovulation and af as this number really doesn't change too much each month. 
Maybe just getting a grasp on when you ovulate will be all the help you need
