The disappointment of getting your period again! 😢

We've been trying so hard logging and prenatal, geritol and ovulation tracking. So when my period was a no show yesterday I was cautiously excited. This morning the excitement has has come to an abrupt end. How do you ladies keep going? Any advice on something I should be doing?
