Breastfeeding and pumping!!!

So I'm trying to pump enough milk for my 5month old for 2 days as I'm away only hen do in just over a week!! The only problem is I'm finding it hard to have time to pump, breastfeed and keep an eye on my LO as she is now crawling!! She's up more through the night recently, for hours at a time sometimes!!! And I'm just feeling stressed and like I'm never going to make enough milk!!! Then when I am pumping I'm barely getting anything out!! I've tried googling lactation recipes but I'm from the uk and they all say they need Brewers yeast which i cannot find!! I hate how stressful breastfeeding is when you want to go anywhere!!! 😩
