I'm sharing because 1. I'll be delievering my second darling soon... And as the time gets closer, the more emotional I get & I know I'm not alone in feeling so.
2. I feel as women we can be empowering to each other & I want to share something that's helped me prepare emotionally, spiritually, and physically the last couple months.
Check out Birth Without Fear. Just type it into Google and it'll show up. They have a website with a ton of inspirational births from VBAC to Non-medicated, a Facebook page, and an official page where real women in this real life are real with each other. It's been life changing to me, and I don't want anyone to miss out if they don't have to.
As our days near closer to birth- Remeber you have choices & that no matter how your babes reach Earthside, birth should be your greatest achievement, not your greatest fear.
