I'm bleeding from my vagina but I'm not on my period

I already had my period and it ended last week. I noticed that I feel like I have to pee but only a little bit comes out but I still feel like my bladder is full. I went to the bathroom and I wiped and there was some blood. By the way I'm on the birth control pill and I'm on my 6 month. I have never missed a pill and I take everyday at the exact same time. My boyfriend and I have unprotected sex but he has never came inside me. What is happening?!?! Please I need help and I'm scared !!
