Anyone else have constant nosebleeds? I have 3-4 a day and Doctor says its normal. This is today when I felt it coming and ran to the trash so I didn't get it everywhere until I could grab a napkin. Just wondering what I can do to help them stop

I have gotten them frequently too. Doctor says its normal. Except these past few weeks when I feel like im about to have a nosebleed i dont bleed anymore. When I feel like im going to get a nosebleed it feels like that burning sensation you get when you get water in your nose. So I still get the feeling without the blood which I think is odd? Sorry I can't help you with yours though. Hope you find a solution.

I had one for almost six hours one time. I'm prone to them, my nose gets dried out, then if I'm under stress and my blood pressure goes up it starts and won't stop. Sorry!

Line your nostrils with a thin coat of vaseline. Often times nose bleeds are because the capillaries burst due to dryness. Stay hydrated. If anything ask your Dr about cauterizing the capillaries. My sister had to have it done and she hasn't had a bleed since. Hers were almost every day and multiple times per day. In school I was called out of class because the nurse couldn't get her nose to stop bleeding. A quick way to stop them is wet a paper towel with cool water, fold it and put it under your top lip. Also maybe look into allergy/sinus meds. My husband also use to have several nose bleeds a month (usually in his sleep, thanks to having the ac set low and a fan on him his nostrils would dry out and capillaries burst) and has started lining his nostrils and taking allergy/sinus medicine every night and hasn't had a nose bleed in months.
