Can I take the pill one hour earlier?

Is it okay to take the pill one hour earlier than I use to? Or should I take it 3-4 hours later?

The only reason your doctor tells you to take it at the same time every single day is basically so you get in the habit of taking it. As long as you take your pill once a day (no matter the time) it'll be effective

They tell you to take it at the same time every day so you get use to taking it. However as long as you take it that day it's fine. I'm supposed to take mine at 9am but depending if I have an apt or am busy I end up taking it at 9:30-10:00 I ask the midwife since doctor was not in the office and she told me as long as you take it that day your good.
