Fighting with boyfriend ???

So my friends always talk about how much they and their significant other fight but I've been together with my guy for 8 months and the worst thing that's happened is I got mad at him over forgetting something we had planned. Is it bad that my boyfriend and I don't fight?? I read all these stories about the first year being the hardest but we've really had no major problems.

It's healthy to have some arguments . Not fight but disagreeing on stuff because you are both different people and have different ways on seeing life . No relationship is perfect beacuse we are all imperfect . Having arguments all the time though is unhealthy and not normal .

Me and my boyfriend have been best friends for two years before we dated and have been together now for two terms and we didn't fight like not even get Upset with eachother until about the one year mark and now it's going on two years we'll have a fight a big one maybe every other month or so but always quick and resolved. My point is as long as you are both mature about it and love eachother you'll be perfectly fine but it's not gonna be peachy forever lol everyone relationship has its ups and downs and as long as you always stuck together the ups are so worth it.

it's ok if you don't fight with him but somewhere along the line you both will have arguments because your two different people and trust me because I argue with my boyfriend about the smallest thing in the world but it's ok 😏😌💯 just don't let it go to extreme darling

I've been with my husband for 14 straight years. Never split up in any of that time. There literally has only been maybe 2 times that I've ever been just absolutely pissed at him. We do argue from time to time. Usually about difference in opinion. We have a fantastic relationship though. One that I hope my daughters have when their older. My point to all this is every relationship is different. All the ones I had before him were bad. And they ended. Be happy about the relationship you have and that it appears to be healthy, and on point.

Honestly I wouldn't be worried. Just make sure that you are truly being yourself. My first boyfriend and I hardly ever fought but now that I've been in more relationships I realized that with the first guy I was never truly myself. I would let him get away with things and I would never confront him if things bothered me. He was my dream guy and went out of my way to keep him happy. But if that's not what's happening don't worry. Maybe it means that you guys are super compatible!

I had no problems the first year. After that it's been hell. These 9 months have been the roughest of our relationship but I think that's more because I'm about to be over an hour away for college. Hopefully you won't have that issue!
