11 weeks pregnant and severe morning sickness
So I am 11 weeks pregnant and since week 6 I have had severe nausea. I got signed off of work and college for two weeks due to being sick on the bus. Well tomorrow I am going back to do a final exam and have to go in for 5 days. I am nervous about the bus journey due to being sick previously.
I have found that crackers help relieve my sickness but I struggle to eat them in the morning because they are so dry, and having them with water just ruins the hole point in the dry cracker.
I can't usually eat during the day either, after about 6pm the nausea and sickness dies off for the evening so I get some relief at night and that's the only time I can eat anything more than a cracker. I have spoke to my doctor and midwife and they won't put me on any sickness medication or anything so I'm having to bare with this which is a struggle. Ginger biscuits don't work for me either.. Is there anything else I can try to help me with getting out of bed in the morning and getting through the day? Thank you ladies
