Help with pumping!

I've posted about pumping before but not sure what to do. I started to pump again the other night and i dod every 2 hours yesterday but it seemed that i didnt enough when it was time to nurse. The other night i pumped 5-7 mins after nursing my daughter and i got 8oz from 10pm-9am that morning. So then i continued to pumped threw out the day but like i ssidi didnt have enough to nurse. I actually gave her 6oz of what i pumped. Last night pumped at nursing and i only got 3oz for the night. I didnt pump this morning cause i dont want the same problem as i did yesterday durning the day. If u was to only pump aftet nursing at night would still increase my supply? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you
