Sex every day?

Does having sex every day you're in the green days lower chances or make them higher? Does the sperm count go down or it doesn't affect it? My husband and I are in first month of TTC

I've heard both sides to this argument. Some say every other, because one day of abstinence for a guy is supposed to boost his sperm count the next time around. But I've also read that having sex everyday, no where you are in your cycle, raises your chances just the same as every other day. I think about it this way, the more he cums, the more sperm there is swimming around looking for an egg. You never really know when the timing is going to be exactly perfect, so the more sex the merrier.

Both of the cycles we conceived on we had sex every day and for a couple days after the green fertile days. First time it ended in a chemical, but the second time was successful and I am now 18 weeks along.

From the research I've done, I would definitely say don't have sex for like 4 or more days leading up to your fertile window so the sperm count is higher, have sex on that first fertile window day as you're taking ovulation tests and at least every other day especially ovulation day. You ovulate generally 24 hours after that positive test. Sperm can stay inside for days though so it's better to always do it earlier than miss your chance !

My OB told me not to do that , she said you have to wait for sperm to rebuild if not some might land on their back or turn the opposite way she suggested we do it like once a week prior to my fertile period then during she  says go for it 💚

I heard it takes 24hrs for sperm to mature so every day is fine as long as you wait 24 hrs in between. We did every other day and that worked for us.
