Can ultrasounds be wrong? I measured 5w2d on this u/s through planned parenthood. I went to the ER exactly a week later and they said I measured 5w on that one. Is my baby not growing?

it's possible to be off by a couple of days, I think you will be just fine!

I had an ultrasound at 7 weeks and baby was measuring a week behind. Had to get another ultrasound at 8 weeks to check baby was growing and thankfully everything looked ok and was measuring what it was supposed to. Try not to worry to much and wait for your next scan. I think sometimes babies just take a little extra time to grow 💕

I wouldnt say that measuring almost the same with a week's difference is normal but then im not a doctor. What i can tell you is that i had an ultrasound due to some bad cramps with my first around 6 weeks and i was able to see a little baby bean and we were also able to hear the heartbeat. But i have also seen that some women on here dont see anything at 6 weeks and then see a perfectly healthy baby a week or two later. I would definitely ask for another ultrasound within a week but i think you should also prepare for the worst but hope for the best.

It's possible for it to be abit odd so early on. Your dates will always change until you have your official 12 week scan. Mine were always different when I went for my early scans
