Worried....

It was this time last time that my husband and I lose our baby. I have had extreme morning sickness. They even prescribe me something to help but no longer is helping. Ginger ale isn't helping. Nothing been helping so far. I haven't been able to keep anything down at all today. And now i  feel lightheaded and dizzy. I feel like I am gonna faint. I called my doctor office. Waiting to hear something back. Has anyone else experience this? Or been through this? I am just worried and absolutely sick and miserable.
