Spotting on "O" day

I had unprotected sex the day before glow said I was expected to start ovulating now on my "O" day I was peeing all night at work and one of the times I wiped I had light red spotting i didn't have any in my panties and it didn't happen since I have a full week before my period is due so what do you ladies think is going on I've also had sore breast and nausea from the time I wake till I go back to sleep
