1st official month TTC : )

Sooo this is our first month TTC and also my first month to take ovulation tests and to measure my bbt! I started BBTing on CD1 and it's pretty consistent and it spiked about two days after my ovulation test was its darkest and then gone the next day. I have my yearly appointment tomorrow and it will also be day 6 past ovulation. Will they know that soon if it "happened" this month or would I have to specifically ask?! I thought about buying a test today but I decided that I could wait a "mere" 18ish hours until my appointment to ask...lol! I started looking for all the ovulation signs more to see if my body was "normal" in the beginning but now I've become a bit obsessed with all the data...haha! Well I guess tomorrow will take the stress off : ) thanks for reading : )
