Worried I'm not prepared enough!

Please no negative comments or judgement.. It's probably nothing to get worked up about but I'm worried that I don't/won't have "enough" baby stuff by the time my daughter is here. I'm 34 weeks and due September 13th. I've been seeing other ladies post pictures of closets full of diapers and baby clothes. I haven't bought anything myself except for a couple boxes of diapers and a few outfits. Money is limited right now. I've gotten gifts from friends and family and will hopefully get more from my baby shower this Sunday. I'm just so worried about not having enough. I haven't even bought a car seat yet because I can't afford it. Do any other moms feel this way? Once again please don't judge me or say rude things because that isn't helpful.
