Weightloss Surgery opinions

Ladies I'm really struggling with this decision, near tears actually. I've been presented the opportunity for Weightloss surgery. I'm 19 years old, 5'5" and 200 pounds. Been very insecure since the 6th grade about my weight. I want to do the surgery but I also don't. I'm worried about scarring and then excess skin after Weightloss. Please give me opinions? Pros and cons, whatever. I have a time limit to give my answer.
