7 dpo

I'm 7 dpo on CD 22.. For the last hour I've experienced somethin really weird. Never happened before. On the top part of my abdomen I got really painful pains. But as it began from my neck up it felt like my temp was going up or something. I got kinda dizzy but a few minutes later it eased up then I had chills. I'm not sick but I could be pregnant. Is this a sign? I've had really creamy sticky cm which I seen on another app that it's consistent pregnancy sign
