Could I be pregnant?!?!

So here is my story......... I had my LMP June 26  then on July 13 I had my nexplanon BC removed.. I have yet to get my period since .... I took multiple pregnancy tests and they all come back negative.... But I'm getting worried because last year I got pregnant while on the nexplanon and had an ectopic pregnancy and had to have emergency surgery with the removal of my left ovary and Fallopian tube....  Not sure what to do from here.... 😕😕😕
