I know it's a touchy subject but what are the symptoms of a miscarriage? The reason I ask is bc my af wasn't supposed to come for another week and we were almost positive that we were pregnant, symptoms and all, then this morning I woke up to an excruciating pain in my abdomen and a lot of clotting and bleeding.
