What do you think is the safest method of birth control?

I'm currently on the pill & my experience has been pretty okay lol but I want to hear other answers so feel free to comment.

GIRLS! Get the IUD it is literally heaven sent! You don't have to worry about missing a pill, it has no hormones so you don't gain weight or get bitchy and it lasts for 10 yrs! It's also more effective than the pill & condoms!

Pill isn't safe because you could miss or forget pills like me, and then get pregnant. But I haven't yet. Thankfully. Trying to get the paragard IUD. Also did you know other medicines effect your birth control and its effectiveness?  The IUD is also higher chance at protecting you the pill is 9% chance of you getting pregnant. The IUD isn't even 1%.

I think the implant is. It's such a high percentage and you get three years out of it. Id never use any thing else

My boyfriend pulls out or goes somewhere on my body, we've been doing this for 7 years and haven't had so much as a scare.  I've been on birth control pills, they made me really sick all the time, and even formed a cist on one of my ovaries.  We rarely use condoms, only if we want to go all the way and have him cum inside me, but my parents got pregnant with condoms twice so I don't trust them.  I trust my baby and his resolve is solid; 7 years of pulling out and he's on time more than any train in the world. Lol

I have the implanon implant and it works for 3 years and is over 99.9% effective! Works great

I've only tried the pill, I had to stop because even after lowering the dosage several times it would make me ill. I was always nauseated. 😥
