I think im pregnant! Help!!

So I have had a simi period but, it wasn't heavy an I'm having white discharge, my nipples are sore to Tue touch, my back hurts and I'm tired all the time now ... It could be my sleep schedule but I'm still having a bunch of symptoms an if I am pregnant I'll be almost two months pregnant ! So if Any

of you can help telling if I'm pregnant or nah please!
