😥am I pregnant or not ?

So I have the bar in my arm I got it put in after my pregnancy ( was forced to abort ) but lately I have been feeling like I have in my pregnancy that was over a year ago and I miss my preriod the last two months and I took a test yesterday and it came up with error and I don't know if I'm pregnant or not or if it's just the bar in my arm doing what it normally does ever 5 or so months
