Baby's last name?

Okay so I'm still in first trimester with my first baby and have been with my boyfriend for 11 months now and love him dearly and hope to marry someday but my issue is with the last name, my last name is Graham, but my baby's dads last name is Boner. I'm just scared in case the baby has a lifetime worth of bullying if I give the baby his last name, and to be honest I don't know if I want to take his last name either, I just don't know what to do, any suggestions?

If you don't want to take his last name, he could always take yours 😊 My husband was gonna take my last name when we got married, but his brother passed away a few months before and my husband is the last one in his family to pass their name on, so we used his.

Or you could always hyphenate your last names to be Graham-Boner.

Every kid no matter the name will get picked on for the name. Literally. I know the simplest names have gotten picked on because of the name. If talk with the father about possibly using your name but it is a family name. If he wouldn't take your name when you get married or hyphenate it I'd just take bone as my last name and also give my child that last name that you don't like. It's not a bad word or anything like ass or something. He'd probably get made fun of for graham as his last name too. He'd probably be called cracker, teddy or something. It's bad when people pick on others no matter what the name is. Especially with last names.
