Sexual crush remedies?

Hey girls!

I've been with my boyfriend for 6 years now, we don't live together yet but he lives 5 minutes walk away and we see each other throughout the week. We're both 23; have a healthy sex life and we're very happy together :)

BUT I go through phases of massive sexual attraction. I flirt with men from my work and find myself looking at my boyfriends flat mate. I just need some tips to help relieve these little "crushes" since its just more frustrating than anything!
