Confused

I just started taking provera I'm on day 8 yesterday when I wiped myself I noticed a tent of blood and nothing else after I'm very confused on why that would be I would have called my OB but they are closed and don't open again until Monday I'm just really confused really !!! My last Peorid was June 26 and then On July 7th I had experienced a fimliar thing spotting only when I wiped that was once for only when I wiped I really don't know what's going on help would be appreciated any feedback would be great :)
