Family troubles

My mom is never home and there is never enough food to eat. She doesn't let my dad come get me so I have to find a way to his house instead. I told her I was going see him and she said "we need to have a talk about "your dad". She thinks she knows everything and that she is what's best for me when she is never around. She always talks shit about people and seeks sympathy from others. She can't let anyone just be happy. I'm only 16 but I want to leave that house so badly and I have wanted this my whole life. How do I push through? Should I tell her how I feel or should I just let her say whatever and when I turn 18 get the f out of there?
