Funny time

So my daughter will be two months on Monday and I recently started tummy time. I guess I should have started sooner but didn't know that. She will barely pick up her head during tummy time and for the most part dislikes it. I still have her do it now about 3-4 times a day. She holds her head up pretty darn good when I hold her on my shoulder. Should I be worried? Obviously I will ask her doctor at her 2 month check up but was wondering if anyone's babies were doing the same. Other than that I think she's on target for milestones. She holds head up, smiles, swats at toys now, puts pressure on legs Etc. thanks to anyone who comments. Xoxo.
