He probably is cheating, that's how my ex handled situations when I asked him, but I wouldn't leave him. I would stop asking and acted like I didn't care anymore, but I wouldn't have sex with him anymore until he started acting right or you could leave him and let him know what he's missing and make him beg for you back. That's what I did. But you have to legit ignore him and act like you don't care at all or it won't work. Men love to chase women & they hate when we're so clingy and anxious to know everything.
