When is it considered a 'bastard' child?

We have conceived shortly before our wedding in 3 months and my grandma is saying its a bastard child. My argument is that its going to be born after were married so it doesn't count.

I know this is totally outdated im just needing honest answers from someone that knows the specifics lol
