I think it's elegant as a dessert buffet/station, but I think your wedding cake should stand alone, not surrounded by cupcakes, the white mini cakes are at least beautiful. BUT it's what you like that matters😉

Personally, I like the looks of the first one (with the flowers)! To me all the square white boxes on the second one look a little funny. But that is just an aesthetic preference on my part.

Yes that's how mine was! The one at the top is what you save in the freezer to eat it on your one year anniversary or if u want something to cut (the two of you). Cupcakes are so much easier and you don't have to worry about someone cutting the cake for everyone!
