Still sore?

Baby is 10 days old and it still hurts the first few seconds of feeding him and nipples are a little pink, is this normal? 
I'm pretty sure he has a good latch and it doesn't hurt the entire time just toe-curling at first.

Yup.. Just clench your toes for the first few seconds! It does get better though!

My son is 8 weeks today and my nipples are still sore.

Yes I felt this way on one side in particular for 3-4 weeks then it got gradually better for me. Many women seem to have discomfort with a good latch for up to 6 weeks.

It took 6 weeks for me. Don't sweat it, breastfeeding is by far one of the hardest things to adjust to. Give it time!
