What's the difference between a yeast infection and regular discharge? Like all details. #confused...?

Discharge with a yeast infection resembles cottage cheese. It has a strong odor and is very itchy. Normal discharge will be creamy or egg white in texture, won't smell as strongly or at all and you won't be itchy or have a burning sensation.

In my opinion you would be itchy and your discharge would have a foul odor if it were a yeast infection ?
