I hate cardio 😡 help?
My husband and I are going to start going to the gym in a couple weeks bc we're planning a huge vacation for next year and want to look amazing. I don't mind working out at gyms but I am DREADING cardio like no other! I hate running and ellipticals hurt my hips if i do that too much Any ways to make it more interesting and less like torture? 😂
Also i have mild exercise induced asthma and running is what triggers it the most :/ yet another reason to hate running lol
