Baby's shoulders crackinh

So I've noticed over the last couple weeks my 3 months old shoulders and elbows crack. When I'm dressing him, when I pick him up from his torso. It doesn't seem to hurt him but is that a normal thing or cause for concern? I'm a FTM and clueless.
